The independent controlling and rating institute „firstfive“ continuously evaluates approximately 180 real portfolios managed discretionarily by banks and asset managers. It compares these portfolios based on return and risk aspects and rates them on a 5-star scale.

In March 2026, BTV Asset Management received its 16th consecutive award for outstanding performance. In the categories of „Top Return“ and „Sharpe Ratio,“ it achieved the highest rating of five stars over 60 months in the „moderately dynamic“ risk class. This award requires a ranking in the top 20% of all evaluated portfolios in this risk class. The Sharpe Ratio expresses the excess return an investor receives for each unit of risk. The higher the value, the more successful the management.

TOPS 2026 FUCHS | RICHTER Inspection body

The market tests conducted by the FUCHS|RICHTER auditing body evaluate the performance of advisors and banks from the customer’s perspective. It is similar to a job interview: there is only one chance to make a good impression. In the asset manager test, BTV achieved a rating of „Very good“ in the „Transparency“ category, thus positioning itself among the top ten of the tested financial institutions. Transparency and clear, comprehensible information help customers decide which products best suit their individual life situation.

FMVÖ-Recommender Award

BTV received two awards at the 19th FMVÖ Recommender Awards. We are delighted to have won the special recommender award “Rising Star of the Year”. The 32 percent increase in the recommendation rate compared to the previous year was decisive for this special award. This represents the highest increase in customer satisfaction among all companies surveyed. We also achieved a sensational 1st place in the category of supraregional banks. The award is considered the “Oscar of the financial industry“.

TRANSPARENCY LEAD AWARD

BTV Asset Management was awarded the “Transparent Bull 2025” for its asset management strategy “AM (Asset Management) 70 ESG”. BTV Asset Management was recognized for its outstanding performance in considering ESG criteria and its commitment to sustainable investments and transparency. The Transparent Bull is regarded as proof that – objectively, neutrally and independently of banks – information on asset management strategies is transparently disclosed with regard to understanding, reliability, credibility and comparability and that no interest in public competition is pursued.

Austrian Ecolabel

BTV received the Austrian Ecolabel from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Climate and Environmental Protection, Regions and Water Management (BMLUK). The following sustainable financial products were awarded the label: BTV fair future bonds, BTV fair future investment account, BTV fair future account.³

GREEN BRANDS

Our long-term commitment and our measures under the guiding principle of “mind and attitude” have been recognized. BTV received the “GREEN BRANDS” seal of quality for the first time. This is awarded to companies that make a significant contribution to protecting the climate, the environment, nature, biodiversity and resources.

The business magazine trend., in cooperation with Statista, kununu, and Xing, has conducted a complex process to identify Austria’s 300 best employers for the ninth consecutive year. BTV is fortunately among them again this year.

BGF-Seal

The Austrian Workplace Health Promotion Network (ÖNBGF) is composed of the social insurance institutions, the social partners, and the Austrian Health Promotion Fund. It is responsible for the high‑quality development and dissemination of Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) in Austria.

To receive the WHP Seal, organizations must sign the WHP Charter and successfully complete a WHP project. The Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) provides the project framework depending on the size of the company. The goal is the long‑term and sustainable implementation of health‑promoting measures.

kununu Top Company

There are many competitions that recognize the best employers. However, there is only one award that is given exclusively by employees: the kununu Top Company seal of quality. This is where applicants and employees can openly and anonymously provide feedback on their work or the application process in the company. BTV has been recognized as a kununu Top Company.

BEST RECRUITERS

Every year, BEST RECRUITERS analyzes the recruiting performance of more than 1,200 of the largest employers in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein based on a scientific criteria catalog. The Employer Branding & Recruiting team has once again taken on this challenge and BTV’s recruiting process was carefully examined by BEST RECRUITERS.

This year, BTV was awarded the BEST RECRUITERS Gold Seal and won the industry ranking. There was also a significant improvement in the overall ranking. This confirms a high-quality and professional application process.

BEST RECRUITERS DACH

For ten years, the BEST RECRUITERS study has examined the quality of application processes in the DACH region. It highlights developments and challenges in recruiting and provides employers with valuable guidance.

Following the Gold award as BEST RECRUITERS in the banking sector for 2024/25, the Employer Branding & Recruiting team achieved 17th place across the entire DACH region, out of a total of 1,437 evaluated companies.

The equalitA quality seal for the advancement of women within organizations is awarded to companies, institutions, and public bodies that demonstrate a strong commitment to gender equality.

With the introduction of this seal, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs, Energy and Tourism has set an important signal for equal opportunities, gender equality, and fairness. In addition, an annual award is presented in three categories to recognize the most innovative initiatives in the field of in‑company advancement of women among all certified organizations.

We are very pleased to have received both the equalitA quality seal and the equalitA Award in the category “Effectiveness for Austria as a Business Location.”

LEADING EMPLOYERS

LEADING EMPLOYERS is the world’s most comprehensive study of employer qualities in the format of meta-analysis. It translates a wide range of criteria into a holistic evaluation. BTV was again awarded the LEADING EMPLOYER Award in 2025. After an extensive analysis of around 40,000 companies and 700,000 analyzed data, BTV ranks among the top 1% of domestic employers.
