Excellent track record
Whoever sows successfully reaps the fruits. Not only do our employees win our customers over by handling their deposits reliably, sustainably, and successfully, but we also perform well in international rankings. Together with 3 Banken-Generali Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, we see the awards¹ as an incentive to give our customers optimal support both now and in the future. We’ve also achieved excellent results as an employer and in terms of service orientation.
BTV Asset Management has already won the ‘firstfive’ award for outstanding results for the twelfth time in a row. In the categories ‘top returns’ and ‘Sharpe ratio’, the asset management was awarded five stars (outstanding results) in the risk class ‘dynamic’ for both 12-month and 60-month periods. To receive this distinction in the assessment category, the depository must place in the top fifth of the depositories evaluated within the risk class. The Sharpe ratio expresses which excess returns an investor receives for each unit of risk. The higher the value, the more successful the management.

Behind Service-Champions, the largest service ranking in Austria, is the German ServiceValue GmbH and the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main. For the study, customers from all over Austria rated the service performance of 842 companies from 67 sectors.
The ranking is determined by the ‘Service Experience Score’ (SES), which is closely tied to customer retention. To determine this, both current and former customers from the past 36 months were surveyed. The result: Once again, the BTV led the bank rankings as a sector winner and reached the gold category in the overall ranking.
Leading Employer Award
Leading Employers is the most comprehensive study of employer qualities in the world in the meta-analysis format. It integrates a broad spectrum of criteria into one all-embracing rating. Here, applicants and employees can give candid, anonymous feedback on working for the company or on the company’s application process. The BTV was distinguished as a kununu Top Company.
