Change personal data

Has your postal address, e-mail address, or telephone number changed? You can adapt that information directly in meineBTV under ‘Settings’.

To change the country of residence or your last name, please contact your advisor. You can upload the documents directly in meineBTV and transmit them to your advisor.

Remote maintenance

If a problem cannot be solved over the phone, the remote maintenance tool can be used with your consent.

What do you need to do?

  • Download the remote maintenance tool and start it.
  • Afterward, you’ll receive a session number from us to set up a secure internet connection.
  • We won’t see your screen until you give us permission.
  • We can lead you through the troubleshooting using the cursor or, with your consent, take over the control of the cursor on your PC.

BTV cut-off-times in Switzerland

BTV allows you to make payments on banking days that will be processed and credited on the same day.

Please note the following BTV cut-off times for payment transactions:
